Quick Overview From Class

We only had a short meeting in class today where we were mostly talking about the stall construction. We were very please to hear that the facilitator teams would be building our stalls for us, since we were quite concerned on how to do this.... We picked option 3 for our stall which contains 3 walls (back and 2 sides) with one table at the front. Although this isn't the most enclosed stall we thought that making our customers have to walk into was going to be too difficult and too much of a fire hazard. We have considered placing another sheet over the top of the stall to make it darker but we have no come to a decision about that yet.

We also decided that our name "Ecoglow"should be painted on a calico banner that hangs below the table of our stall, once we have our typography/logo sorted we will be able to start of the construction of the banner. For the stall styling we will be using rustic tones. Either an old tablecloth, dyed fabric or newspaper will cover the table, fairy lights to illuminate the stall and either oil or incense to set the aroma/mood of the stall. We will wear black.

We settled on roughly 15 products each and will be a wide range of concrete, wood, glass, material, clay and metal holders. This will give us 75 products in total. We will aim to market each of our holders separately for between 1 and 3 tokens depending on the size, the construction and the price of production of each holder (this will be decided when everyones is done closer to the date). Each product will be attached with a brown paper tag with safety and construction information. For health and safety reasons we will have the least number of candles lit at a time as possible.

From here our 3 main tasks are:

Branding (tags and banner)
Stall presentation (lighting, aromas, table cloth)
Construction of more holders.
