After a consultation with the tutors we ran with the idea of creating lampshades, but not for standard lamps and this proved to be too expensive and could not apply to all audiences. We came up with the idea of using tea light candles and selling them along with the shades as a package deal. There are a lot of research we have to now do on what materials are flammable, which create good cylinders and are good for the environment.
I have attached the photographs of our early posters and a brainstorm from class in week 3. The stickers represent the votes the ideas got in class.
